Microwave: Put them in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with boiling water. Microwave for 3-4 mins. Stove: Bring small saucepan of water to the boil. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Q. Are the noodles gluten free? No. The noodles contain wheat flour. Unfortunately adding more than about 20-30% gluten free flour affects the strength of the noodle (they fall apart).
